Sliding table:

The sliding table serves for the clamping of individual modul parts during their final polishing.        The part is clamped onto a circular turnable table with T-slot and clamps. The table can be placed in three different positions (it can be turned, tilted and adjusted at various heights). The abrasive residues can be rinsed away of the polished parts by means of pump with a separate water supply - the filter-back-wash outlet leads into a sump. The construction of the table consists of a supporting column weldment which is connected to the weldment of a holder placed at the turnable table. The frame which is made of steel tubes is situated behind the table and serves as a protective element. This framecan also be used as a holder of accessories, i.e. side-pallet, tool chest, pump with a water tank, vessel for waste rinsing water, electric switchboard etc. We can fit out the table with such an additional equipment that enables to check the polished surface. This additional outfit includes especially a halogen lamp, magnifer with na independent lighting and a light source with a light-cabel for a suffiencent illumination of places with a difficult access.
