Machine for the stretching operations at heating units - length calibration:
This machine can be used in the plants manufacturing tubular
heating units.
If the applied technology doesn't guarantee the
exact manufacture of heating bars, i.e. their lengths in required
tolerances (the unaccurate partition of material, the
application of calibrating technology, etc.) , this state can be adjusted even
before the execution of further operations using benders or other forming
machines just by means of the stretching technology.
Our machine works in a
semi-automatic regime. Machine operator only inserts a bar
into the clamp systems. All the following working operations including the
transport of calibrated bar to rhe container pass automatically. In accordance
with customer's demands this machine can be equipped with an additional unit
for the automatic insertion of bars.
The machine is adjustable so that it is
possible to use bars with various lengths and diameters.
This equpment can modifed in compliance with the special requirements of our
customers. We can change both the design and the equipment with the control and
operating components.
